These terms and conditions apply only to orders placed
through this site. For wholesale terms and conditions, please
contact us. This website is intended only for parents wishing to buy patches for their children. Wholesale orders are not accepted through this site. We have the right to refuse any orders which we suspect are for reselling purposes. We currently only supply our patches wholesale to the NHS in the UK and selected pharmacies and opticians in the UK and Ireland. If you are interested in stocking our patches, please contact us for our wholesale prices & terms and conditions.
Shipping Charges & Delivery
Delivery is £1.15 within the UK. The delivery charge is £1.75
per order to Europe and £2.50 per order to international
destinations. We aim
to post your patch within 24 hours of receiving payment.
Once we have posted your patch, then it will fall into the
delivery times set out by the Royal Mail. For UK orders,
normally you would receive your patch within 3 days, but
this can take up to 5 days if you order over a weekend. International
delivery times vary but are normally within 5-10 days.
Accepted Payment Methods
All orders are processed online. All credit and
debit cards are accepted and will be processed securely throughPayPal.
YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER,
however you can also pay using your Paypal account if you

Returns & Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you are allowed a 14 calendar day cooling off period when you purchase a product online. Under the same regulations, customers have a statutory obligation to take care of the goods and are responsible for their return. You may, of course, try the patch on the glasses to ensure you are happy with the fit, however you can not return patches that have been worn, for hygiene reasons. If you wish to return your patch/patches, please send them to the following address within 14 calendar days of receipt:

You are responsible for the cost of the return if you have ordered the wrong patch or simply changed your mind. It is strongly recommended that you use a traceable method for your return such as recorded delivery or, at the very least, obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office. If you are returning your patch due to an error on our part, your refund will include the cost of your return postage. You will receive your refund through Paypal, who will credit your card or Paypal account depending on how your order was paid for.
We will not arrange for collection of patches from your address, even if the return is due to an error on our part.
We will replace or refund orders which have gone missing in the post but do not consider orders lost or missing until after 15 working days from date of despatch for UK orders. For overseas orders, claims cannot be made until after 25 working days, including Europe. We will not replace or refund orders where the customer has given us an incorrect, incomplete or invalid delivery address unless it is returned to us by the post office undelivered, so please check the delivery address immediately on receipt of your confirmation email. We have the right to refuse to replace orders at our discretion and may choose to issue a refund instead.
We comply fully with UK Distance Selling Regulations and all refunds will include your original postage costs where applicable in accordance with your statutory rights.
We hope you will be delighted with your patches and work towards ensuring any problems are resolved to your satisfaction. Should you have a complaint against us or about our products, please contact us first. If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, please contact Consumer Direct at www.direct.gov.uk.
Variations in designs
An example is shown of each patch
made up in the selected fabric on the order online page.
Each M'eye Patch is hand
cut with care from the fabrics shown making each one unique
and the patch you receive may vary from the example shown,
reflecting the variations within the design of the chosen
fabric. This may mean that the patch will have a different
character from the one shown on the site e.g. the Thomas & Friends
patch may have Thomas or any one of the other engines featured
on the patch. Similarly, embroidery threads and elastic
(MEP2 only) may differ from the examples shown, but will
coordinate with the chosen fabric as far as possible.
The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation,
digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under
applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited
to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication
by you of any such matters or any part of the Site, except as allowed by Section
4 below, is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content,
document or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting of information
or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information
and materials. Some of the content on the site is the copyrighted work of third
parties. WE WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST ANYONE ATTEMPTING TO PLAGIARISE THE
CONTENT, WORDING OR DESIGN OF THIS SITE.
Intellectual Property Rights
MEP2 is a registered British design number 4012642 since
September 2009. Whilst flattered by crude attempts to copy our design, (and
much of the content of our website!) we take infringement very seriously and
advise you to speak to a solicitor if you have, or are thinking about copying
our design. It may just cost you money if you don’t.
